it in itself is a bepinex mod, you just put it into the game folder

Idk if anyone else did an Outlaws pre-release event yet, but the set seems sweet. Jenna and I did one last night (I went 3-0, Rakdos is stupid lol) and Jenna did another today. I think in each sealed pool we could have made 2 sweet decks, and the archetypes seem sweet.

I think the biggest problem with Americans is that we’ve somehow managed to view tax money as “our money”, so any politician can rally opposition against a plan by arguing that anything but a perfect allocation of money to the people who absolutely and desperately deserve things means that the plan is awful and should be shut down.
