On Flight Rising a couple years ago I bought an item that cost 65,000 gems. This is not an insignificant amount! But I figured I’m not doing anything else with the money and I can just resell it later if I need the liquid funds.
And then this October a battle came along and I wanted liquid funds to have on hand in case my team started losing and we needed cash to burn. So I sold the item. For 100,000 gems! Economy! I love money! And I figured I’d just buy it right back at the end of the week if I ended up not spending the money.
Well, I didn’t spend the money, but I forgot to buy it back. And then kept forgetting. And forgetting. And now it’s April, and I want to buy the item back. So tell me why the price jumped 30,000 gems in 7 months when it had only risen 35,000 in the preceding few years!! Torment!! Agony!! If only I had just remembered to buy it back then!!
