okay so like
my old name I got from my dads xbox account was “wazer” which stems from my last name
which was changed to “wazza” (technically the same way of pronouncing it, but if you say this one slower, you get an “a” sound instead of an “er” sound), this stems from my favourite footballer growing up
and you get azza from my dead name and because “wazzaazza” is kinda cool I guess

Sorry for the late response as well, first time I’m free in a while also I forgot about this since the first statement is a lie.
Keep in mind in most instances sure, it does add complexity. I don’t believe that undermines the complexity from having the lack of a safety net for the town in this instance. Evaluating if a person claimed PR does add complexity sure, but adding complexity in that act doesn’t exactly reduce from complexity elsewhere.
