instead of actually having to read i can reflex buzz on things i’ve heard before it’s great
i would post mine but it unfortunately contains atlas shrugged and i dont want to subject myself to that embarrassment
I never finished Nona the Ninth I read half of it like a year ago and then never again
Can’t you just shrug it off?
Man, I thought I was having a stroke today.
Reminds me how serious I have to continue to take my health
ayn rand, within the first 2 pages, says that she would like atlas to kill all the worldlife if he wasnt (i assume) getting paid to hold it up
I only like fiction for insane people pretty much, is the deal
i like the most basic fiction. im so fiction pilled.
It’s so baffling to me. We are fundamentally different in this regard
i dont like non-fiction unless its talking about the human mind
…mainly about insane people.
put me in a fantasy world and im happy
put me in a realistic fiction world and im happy
i watched 5 and 1/2 seasons of The Rookie
I like complicated systems
I like when there’s a lot of moving parts and I understand how they all work. Video games are complicated systems, at least the good ones. There are some books which are complicated systems.
i like when the media goes “these two people… they love eacother… but neither knowssss???”
real
especially when its gay
People are basically just set dressing to me. I don’t care about the people very much
unempathetic reference
the people are everything. their personalities and motives and plans are the story
But I do like when there’s a lot of people and they all have incentives and goals and such and those incentives come into conflict and it causes things to happen. And I know why they’re all doing it
