I think killing animals for no reason is wrong because killing for no reason is wrong and I think a person who kills animals for no reason is a person who is just taking their issues out on the most defenseless thing they can find and signifies somebody who is dangerous to others. But I think killing animals for yes reason is fine, if something to be minimised, and I don’t think nature’s “purity” has inherent value for being nature. There’s other reasons it’s generally positive to do things that preserve nature, I think it benefits human beings, and so I often align in opinion with people who want to preserve nature For Its Own Sake. But it’s not inherently good
