We all think at pretty similar rates based on what’s going on with minor variations based on neurobiology. Differences in how fast someone can solve a particular problem is likely a matter of training and how their brain has rewired itself over time to be better at a particular task.

I am good at geography, tutu is good at delivering lines that transforms him in a proverbial punching bag.
