there was also a period of time like 2ish years ago where me and a few people played on some TTT server with like, random drops and blatantly overpowered weapons that were probably p2w and then one of us got banned for cheating (id be very surprised if they actually cheated)
and then the server got shut down like a month later due to the owner being a weirdo or something idr the exacts. all i remember about that server was that i had an obscenely powerful deagle and bhopped/vaped at people constantly

I think Valve could shut Skibidi Toilet down at virtually any moment if they wanted to. The license specifies the assets are for “personal, non-commercial use” and YouTube, even if it’s not monetized, is certainly not personal use. I think they’d have a hard time saying that Skibidi Toilet isn’t a derivative work of Valve’s assets and making a film that resembled it substantially would also have to be derivative as well.
