interactions notes:
- it basically creates semi-anonymous temporary neighborhoods
- if you try to Link a reaped player (with either ability), it will fail, and you will be able to select another player (I think?)
- to run it, I plan to create a Mystic alt account (regardless of if there is a Mystic in game). If there is a Mystic, I will give them the alt account log-in. If they use Link Minds, I will add them to a PM with the player they link – they can talk all night, but the other player (but not the Mystic) will be removed at EoN. If they Conduit two players, those two players + the Mystic will be added to a chat together, but the Mystic will not be allowed to talk; non-Mystic players will be removed at EoN.
