Cut them up into thin pieces (there’s a fancy apple slicer you can use where you spin it around and turn it into a spiral that my grandma had, but not necessarily), toss them with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar, put crust dough in pie tin, put apples inside, put second crush on top, bake. Very easy, apple pie is easy
