for those who don’t know, ice burn is an ice move that takes two turns to use. two turn moves leave you quite vulnerable. ice burn is an ice type move. heatran 4x resists ice. since heatran is a fire type the secondary effect of burning is completely moot

i would understand if it was a one time misclick, but it would be quite the major setback even then. two turns later they click ice burn again
