Look this guy is going to have to fire me if he wants to get rid of me, which, I think he has the power to do so and he said this was my do or die, I’ll just tell them I have adhd so I have problems following verbal instructions when I’m in a new environment but that I’m perfectly capable of actually unloading pallets once I know where everything goes, which only took a week before I didn’t have to scan often at Walmart. I know he’s probably going to complain but adhd is technically covered by the ada and I think he would have to prove that I’m incapable of unloading pallets rather than incapable of following his instructions (which are completely unnecessary if I wanted to unload a pallet by myself and is only a problem because he’s making it one)
