This guy gets more stats and more skills the more he walks and he has been purchasing quality of life skills such as cooking
Unlike other spirits in other ligjt novels it hasn’t done anything , the protag is still very weak and it seems to be progressing slowly towards becoming competent as an adventuer so I like the novel it’s pace is like walking too

and the thing is when cockatiels look at something below them they do that fuckass head tilt they rotate their entire body to look down so him doing parkour and then just flinging his head to the side to look at something below him is exceptionally funny. Especially given he fucking hates doing anything but eating and sleeping. and eating is pushing it. it took him a good amount of time to learn to Eat Stuff Other Than Seeds and he was taught by his bird partner
i like to call him the Most Autistic Bird Alive because he absolutely hates any change or doing anything new he is the least curious cockatiel I have ever seen like genuinely
the only times he ever did new things was with his Bitch Bird Wife. with one exception actually he learnt to do Paper Time by himself and I dont know where he got it. For a good amount of time he would fly to the outside of bottom of the cages to chew the paper down there. just give it a little nibble. He eventually switched this out for the top cages paper as it was higher up and he HATES being low down (naturally) but when it got switched out for something more reusable for cleaning Bird Mess he just switched back to the coconut and its sticks. he is slowly breaking the sticks, while standing on them, and every time one of them snaps he stares at it with the fear of god. I could talk about this fucker for hours
