I capitalize rarely to indicate seriousness or a tone switch and I use !!! to go like “what the heck!!!”
I rarely use periods but it’s either because I used one midsentence and it’d feel wrong without or for the formermost point

i picked up that you use periods at the end of sentences if you used one midpost but i wasnt sure if that was real or if i was making it up

I’ve been working for the past few hours and I’m supposed to find this very specific thing that’s nowhere in the documeng and now I need to open up an entirely seperate one just to read through that and get the definition of a word just because they weren’t interested in telling me what that meant in the first place
