The whole thing with a warp drive is you’re not actually traveling at relativistic speeds, but instead warping spacetime around the vessel. Nothing from outside the warp bubble should be able to influence what’s inside the warp bubble IIRC. And if it did, it should interact with the ship with conventional physics. If a grain of sand is like a nuke on the ship, it’s because the grain of sand was already traveling at a relativistic speed with sufficient enough mass.
