Dangan Werewolf Invitational (2/15) Game Ended Night 2 - Despair Won

Then yeah my opinion leans more towards lynching, because once we get someone’s alignment we can re-read what they have previously said with their role in mind.

I already stated my case on Bun. Not much else to say yet

The only case where lynching is kinda meh is if they flip neutral.

Exaaaactly

Yeah but it wasn’t crazy aggressive it was more subtle like ‘I think wolf’ and then you voted and left it there.
But it’s literally hasn’t been that long so who knows you could prove me wrong.

Oh also I have more of a filter through text. I’m a lot more angry in my head than I let on sometimes LOL (though I’m not mad rn so your point still stands)

nah

means we eliminate someone who isnt town, in my experience most neutrals are better to get rid of

if you’re trying to make reads based off of how people treated the person who died D1 you can just pretend the neutral was town, since most of the time the mafia have no idea who is neutral or if they even exist

Oh I didn’t mean to say lynching in that hypoethtical is completely wasted, it’s just not as useful as a villager/wolf flip because you can’t investigate their posts as thoroughly because they aren’t part of the binary inherently.

But yeah assuming the neutral doesn’t wanna get lynched they probably act towny day 1, so its probably best to lean on treating them like town. But y’know, town flip is better than treating someone like they were cuz theres always a shadow of a doubt

oh, fair enough

guess that means we can’t execute a nonbinary player today

altho generally you can maybe gauge their intention by their win condition

(also if i say 3p at any point, 3p and ‘neutral’ are also synonymous)

Well there goes our votes, Katze…

You eliminate day one so that you either clear out someone that is relatively wolfread or you kill a wolf.
If you suspect someone on Day One and then nolim, you 1) end up with that person probably sitting in the POE an extra day and 2) you lose an opportunity as a villager to potentially kill a wolf.

Also for POE purposes, neutral claims should be treated as wolves and, unless they have additional information (executioners know someone is town, stuff like that), they should be treated as a completely uninformed villager for vote count analysis and (if applicable) shot analysis for things like vigs.

Gotchya

Also Kai is one of the aforementioned “sit on your hands and squeeze” people I was talking about earlier, Guava.
It’s NAI and hella annoying but can be attributed to being a new player temporarily.

What do you mean “sit on your hands and squeeze” im voting guava, what do you want me to do lock my vote in or some shit?

For new players POE is
People you’re Okay with Executing
(It actually means Process of Elimination but People you’re Okay with Executing makes more sense for how experienced players talk about it)

Fuck off lmao

Also what is NAI?
