I assume you already know this but anemia can generally be patched with iron supplements, which are available OTC

you can also get iron from mining between almost any y level but youll find most of it around Y=16

one time someone stole my friend’s nintendo switch but I left my iron supplements in the same box as her switch/controller so they unknowingly also stole my iron supplements. which is annoying buuuut i definitely didn’t have it the worst
