(You would be able to find them, if you decide to search for them. However that would mean resigning from other presented encounters. You are time limited in reaching town of Frontier after all.)

Are you confident in your ability to confront the dragon alone, without the aid of your companion? If not, we can pursue a simpler endeavor. I’ve heard rumors of a solitary suit of armor that roams the castle grounds at night. Admittedly, banishing a ghost may not be as captivating for storytelling purposes, but we can find a solution. I will claim 80% of the reward, leaving you with a few lesser items as compensation.
However, I must inform you that the king insists on preserving the entire dragon carcass for the one who slew it! There are numerous valuable applications for it, you see.
