Let’s assume that every Mountainous game is 13 players large.
We will assume that on average, a game will last 7 phases (4 days and 3 nights; can be more if mafia is competent and fewer if mafia is less so). Therefore, each game will take 4 * 2 + 3 * 1 = 11 days on average.
For the sake of assumption, we will assume that there is no time lost in between finishing an old game and starting a new game.
Finally, we will assume the world’s population to be 8.2 billion people.
Let’s start by assuming that every other person in the world can only play one game of mountainous at a time.
During the first set of games, you will play mafia with 12 other players.
During the second set of games, you will play mafia with 13 * (2 ^ 1) - 1 = 25 other players.
During the third set of games, you will play mafia with 13 * (2 ^ 2) - 1 = 51 other players.
The fourth, 13 * (2 ^ 3) - 1 = 103 other players.
During [x] set of games, you will require 13 * 2 ^ (x - 1) - 1 other players to play with you.
Thus, by the 31st set, you will require 13.959 billion other players to satisfy your mountainous requirement.
This would occur 31 * 11 = 341 days away from your start date, presumably today, which would fall in 2025 and not, as you claim, 2026.
But people are capable of multitabling. So now, let’s assume that every other person in the world can play two games of mountainous at a time. In practice, this would be as if our world population were doubled to 16.4 billion.
However, due to the rules of exponential growth, this maximum would occur only eleven days later at the 32nd set, where you require 27.913 billion other players, and that date is still not within 2026.
January 1st, 2026 is 437 days away from today. This means that you would need to get to the 40th set of games before your threat is accurate. This would require that every person in the world be able to play, on average, 871.564 games of mountainous simultaneously for your threat to be accurate.
Given this, we can confidently state that your threat that it will take until 2026 for every single living person to be forced into a mountainous game to satisfy the quota is incorrect and undervalues the danger that you possess to society.

Update: If each Mountainous game is 15 players and thus lasts an additional cycle (14 days per game), then things become much more reasonable: each person in the world only has to play an average of 3.928 games of mountainous simultaneously for Marshal’s threat to be accurate.
Still difficult, but much more doable.
