They are more vote-happy than I would think of Kork as. (This is just vibes I get from Kork in different games). I especially don’t think Kork would do this as a neutral. Neutrals typically don’t want to draw that kind of attention toward themselves. Plus, at least in TOS, neutrals can attack every night unless they have a strong attack w/ the potential to kill multiple targets
