Personally, I’ve played Eimm before and may is abstolutely right in their assement. It can abstolutely be higher intensify than mafia/Botc and likely will be if you get into it since it’s basically diplomacy but with mafia in there(as opposed to blood on the clocktower which is just two sides vs eachother or mafia). You can take it low-intensify for sure though but it 100% scales into high-intensify really easily

FTR my opinion here is based on the fact that I have played EiMM multiple times and each time found it to consume like twice as much time as a mafia game and that’s with me playing badly and not talking to people nearly enough
