If Kiiruma is somehow wolf (WHICH I DON’T THINK IS TRUE.) I can only see them in 4 Worlds:
Kiiruma - Min
Kiiruma - GGhana
Kiiruma - Eli (only world where Eli is scum btw other then maybe GGhana???)
Kiiruma - Blizer (Buss play but probable.)
I wanna say Tro is an option but it’s kinda hard mafia plays like this if that’s the case.
I just don’t think mafia plays the way they are playing if Tro - Kiiruma are wolves together because why does Tro claim Gorta’s role after Kiiruma fake claimed it then retracted to Enforcer.

It’s easier to flip a coin and 50/50 a protect but when you have 3 people claiming the role then it’s now a 1/3 chance and it becomes much easier to make a lucky stab and hit it
