Notably there’s also been no extra kill from pandorarole, even though it kills even while dead, which does lend Something to theory of pandora evil
Your alive neighbour on Pandora’s other side is Nuto, rather than Pigeon. Which means it’s disqualified from consideration.
So if Jarek’s evil, that means Pandora has to be good or else Kiiruma would’ve killed earlier. So who else is evil?

OH it’s nuto that makes things easier. For some reason I’ve been assuming nuto’s dead. Okay so Jarek is evil. If Kiiruma’s Good and sober then the other one has to be in Moll/pigeon, and either hte Minion is Tim Stoker (that’s the one pandora didn’t name, correct?) or she got poisoned at some point. Alternatively, Kiiruma’s abilit yor my ability could’ve been poisoned, or Gerard Keay could’ve activated
Pandora chose Tim Stoker first, then Melanie, then Sasha. It never chose Martin, you had it turned around.
Moll is dead, meaning they can’t be the Demon. Meaning your hypothesis is currently Pigeon / Jarek, as two evils who never interacted, but that’s all good. Given your alternative hypotheses to consider boundaries with missing puzzle pieces, which possibilities would they allow?
Have we heard anybody claim evidence of a Martin Blackwood in the game?
Why can’t it be Jarek Demon, Moll Minion?
We have no tangible evidence or testimony of Blackwood existing, no. Except for Pandora choosing everything else, that’s it.
We do know other Minions which don’t exist, thus narrowing the chances.
This works, although it would likely necessitate Jarek to be Gertrude in order to kill an inert Minion, which then raises the question of why he’d kill Kiiruma or Moll instead of Nuto or yourself.
