Does anyone have any questions about the Geoguessr rules?

How to Play:

  • Each round, a photograph will be posted of a location.
  • The first player to guess the country publicly, in the event thread will get a point. To be clear, you are not DMing me the country.
    • You may only guess 1 country per post. If you are attempting to blatantly cheese the system with spurious guesses, I may disqualify you.
  • If no one guesses the country after 3 minutes, no one will get a point.
  • Photos may be taken from a variety of sources (they are not necessarily pulled from Google Street View).
  • Research of any kind is not allowed.
  • There will be 10 rounds total. The player with the most points at the end of the game is the winner.

if you’re blatantly trying to cheese the system (e.g. guessing every country in alphabetical order) you will be disqualified
