Okay, to be fair, this is probably a bad question in general.

That would completely negate the purpose of ITAs except to maybe kill an SK but that’s not worth the cost in dead townies. Whatever the real situation is, this isn’t it. “Factional” probably means that any of the wolves can use it, but not that one use protects them all or protects them permanently. My 2c
