he’s had some townreads that were fine, agreeable to me, felt a bit like my own thinking but nothing such that i’d clear someone off of it. playing more laid back but I could easily see him wanting to hang more in the background and chill this game

however you’re right in tha his case on Taffy felt rather unfair?

He’s comparing Taffy to a game on the org, however:

1. that was a 10 player game, this is a 54 player game and I think that can easily explain a difference in behavior
2. Taffy was the day 1 misyeet in that game. I would sort of expect he’d disply a bit more caution in reading them here with that in mind
3. I looked at tha game and Taffy was basically all fluff for the early game and didn’t biuckle down to make serious reads until much later in. I think expecting Taffy to have actual content given the amount of time the game had been open is pretty unreasonable

so yeah, not really liking that read from outedwolf. Not sure it makes him lock scum but probably toward the bottom half of my reads list right now

the one moment in his iso i could glean a hint of town motivation from was wanting to pressure leafia to get a better read on her alignment. of course, when she actually dropped a reads list he didn’t even really respond to it so i question how genuine his desire to read her was
