If Marl isn’t a wolf then probably Kii is town
If Marl is a wolf it doesn’t guarantee Kii is a wolf, though

If Marl is a wolf, then he can be one of the inheritors yes. Though the way he was pushed on opportunistically by Wisdom and Proph tells me that isn’t the case.
