The two of us are then put into a neighborhood where we must discuss the titular prisoner’s dilemma

Three possibilities
Both steal: We both lose 5% ITA
Both Cooperate: We both gain 5% ITA
One Steal, One Cooperate: Stealer gains 10% permanently, Cooperater loses 10% permanently

If I Steal and the other cooperates, I am protected the next night and the other person permanently can’t be protected.
