Okay so what you’re telling me is that Marluna turns into a suicide vest after their bulletproof vest gets popped.
Bulletproof vest is popped when a played is attacked.
Suicide vest then causes this to explode killing both Marluna and the attack.
Is there anything I am misunderstanding here?

The vest can be popped by any kind of kill, including an ITA.
once popped it turns into a suicide vest and is detonated at EoD if not specified by the player wearing it
