anyway its been over a year since i have been in this position, but from experience there’s usually maybe 1 wolf that is semi deep, and the rest are just in low impact people, often ones that skate on claims
unfortunately you have to go through and cull a bunch of towns and it kinda sucks but just stay calm, be methodical
