You are Napoleon, Town Returning Player. Once an active player both in ToL and on FoL, you have recently semi-returned from a long hiatus. We know that itâs not always easy for players to jump back into forum mafia, so weâre making sure your role supports you, by making sure you have examples to learn from. Lots of examples.
Re-learn How To Play (Passive): Whenever a member of the Town dies and flips, gain access to each non-Charged, non-X-shot role action that player had which could not kill other players with the additional text: âLose this action once you use it.â If the action was Compulsive, it will not be for you.
Announce (Day) - Choose a player, and the host will publicly announce at the end of the Day that the chosen player will be protected the following Night.
Try To Lead (Day): Target a player, and name a second target. At the start of the night, if they have a night ability that can target, they will be informed: âSomething bad may happen if you do not use your ability on [second target] tonight.â If they could use a night ability on [second target] and do not, their ITA hitrate will be reduced by 5% tomorrow.
Review Fanfic (Day): Provide a link to a fanfic of 2500 words or less. It may be hosted on any site as long as the hosts can access it, and must comply with FoL site rules. You will receive a one-shot night ability based off of the fanfic in some way.
Mod Abuse (Day, Immediate): Choose one of the following options. You must use all of them before using any one of them again:

Change Theme. Change target playerâs forum theme to a specific Theme that is supported on Fortress of Lies.

Forced Ejection. Remove a player from any and all non-public threads they are in for the rest of the day. This, non-exhaustingly, includes event threads and their own role card.

Illegal Communication. Make a neighborhood with a player. If at any point this neighborhood is mentioned outside the neighborhood, the neighborhood ends.

Lock Thread. Lock the thread for 3 minutes. The hosts will post a message of your choice in the thread. This may not be used during ITA windows, but may be used during event signups.
Rage (Day, Instantaneous) - Increase your ITA hit rate by 10%, but you cannot use items this day or night. Can be used alongside Reckless Attack.
Reckless Attack (Day, Instantaneous) - Your ITA shots today will have Advantage , but ITA shots against you will also have Advantage . (An ITA shot with Advantage is rolled twice, and hits if either shot would hit.)
Accusation (Night): Roleblock target player.
Fruity Vendor (Night): Target playerâs avatar will be replaced with a version of their avatar that has been run through a rainbow filter.
Physician (Night) - Protect target player that was chosen with Announce during the previous Day.
amity, a word which here means friendship and is certainly not a reference to any popular television show (Night): Create a 1-shot item and give it to target player, allowing them to use it alongside their night action. You may only give each item once.

Crane (Night): Protect target player from attacks.

Flower (Night): Neighborize target player.

Llama (Night): Target player will be immune to roleblocks for the night.
itâs night 1 in a mash time to kill catbae (Night): If target player dies tonight, you will die in their stead. This does not apply to strongman kills or the execution.
Instruct (Even Night): Increase targets ITA hit rate by 10% tomorrow.
HARD SHIELD (Night): If target player dies tonight or tomorrow during the day, you will die in their stead. This does not apply to strongman kills or the execution.
Telepathy (Night) - Send a message of up to 25 words to target player (they will not know who sent it).
Stunning Strike (Night): Roleblock the player you targeted with your ITA shot in the previous day. On night 1, this will instead target the player you voted in the previous EoD.
Ensnaring Strike (Night): Target playerâs ITA shots will have Disadvantage tomorrow. (A shot with Disadvantage is rolled twice, and only hits if both rolls would hit.)
Re-evaluate (Night): Target a player whom you have previously voted. Tomorrow, their ITA shot(s) will have a +5% chance of hitting.
You win the game when the Mafia and all other threats to the Town have been eliminated.
