This morning I got woken up at 8AM by a fly, and I was still very tired because I went to bed at like 4. And when I was going back to sleep I managed to achieve a state where I was fully dreaming and the dream felt real but I was also simultaneously able to control what was in the dream. Like in a separate mind. And this worked for some time before I accidentally broke out of it and lost the dream
