like my whole plan was that Sakura wasn’t magical, but her watering can was meaning her mana would be situated into that and stuff and the watering can had tied itself to her

I liked alot of parts of those tbh got me back in to rp mode can post my backstory and stuff later.

Silvu and Wazza you were very fun to talk to since we interacted the most for me atleast sorry time was very against me this last month

Backstory:
Grand Daughter to the missing link Mutanus who recently died having rarely met him outside of stories around town. Grown up by her caring parents in an attempt to keep her away from the thing the family has seen and done within their past…

Saeki grew up normally as well as normal as a girl could in a small town till she discovered the secret of her Grand Dad, someone who studied the power’s and effects of magic granted to him though his worship of an elder being within his old house, a house that no one dared to enter. While she never actually entered that house she was able to find a paper that it in itself radiated power of itself that she had never felt. From just a single thought the tingly was apparent to her, this was what he must have felt from the stories within the house in front of her. The same power her family never wanted her to see or feel, but now since she felt it she never wanted to give it up after all what would be the fun in that?

A few months of searching around for anything lost she found a letter within her mom’s closet addressed to her not by name but as the granddaughter to Mutanus. Inside was more magical paper this time with some cryptic scripts along it or it was at least she knew that the paper wasn’t in english but it was as readable as any textbook she had read in her life.

That was the day she learned to fully embrace that feeling, the feeling of the weird, the feeling of power, the power no one else she knew could do or use. The power to use the unknown to help and sometimes hurt those around her depended on what she was in need of at that exact moment… assuming she was able to follow what her intentions were at the very least she still hasn’t gotten fully use to the controls so to speak of her magi but that’s for time to tell after all her grand father lived a grand 143 years before her was killed in the very house he warn others about.

Though her parents especially her mother are disapproving of her decision they have yet to try to stop her at least physically after all if she doesn’t know fully yet there’s no telling what could go wrong. Every moment is another for history and maybe just maybe she’d find a way to bring him back after all his butler always asked for his return.

Kitchen Knife: Weapon

Abilities:

Passive - Joker Card: Saeki holds a Joker card which has a small pocket for safe keeping in the collar of her sweater. This card works as a focal point for any magic casting she preforms. This is indestructible and irremovable by other players. (Weight 1)

Passive - Eye Contact: Saeki’s contact helps seeing more clearing in bright situations self shading making it harder for her to be blinded in her right eye. In addition she is has an easier time seeing through illusions seeing through their simmer, this is easier on moving illusions and takes more active thought on stationary ones.

Saeki’s eye can also read devil’s speak as if it was in english. (Weight 3)

Passive - Magical Barrier: Saeki has a magical barrier that absorbs damage directed towards her. This barrier blocks the first instence of damage towards her during an encounter. (Weight 3)

Active - Phantom Card: For 10 Mana, using her card Saeki can make a spell attack by swinging her card and having a a phantismal card fly from it towards her target.
Saeki may spend an amount of mana to add an effect based on it’s cost. (Weight 9)

  • Magic Backup: If all attack of this action miss your next use of this ability (within the next 2 turns) will cost no mana however can’t have any additional effects. (Costs 4 Mana)
  • Ricocheting Slash: Target changes from a single target to two targets close to one another. (Each target only takes 75% damage from this attack.) (Costs 8 Mana)
  • Spiritual Cuts: The Phantom card’s cuts arn’t visable to the non-magical eye the next healing on someone damaged with this attack is reduced by half (rounded up) unless the healer has 50+ Magic. (Costs 6 Mana)
  • Homing Card: This attack has an additional 20% accuracy (Costs 10 Mana)
  • Lethal Joke: This attack deals additional damage equal to a fourth of your Magic. This damage can’t exceed the base damage of the attack. (Costs 15 Mana)

Active - Aura of Projection: For 12 Mana, Saeki gives a blessing to a target of her choice though the exact effects are hard to select. One of the below effects will take effect the target however a target can’t be retargeted for a 5 round period after the initial targeting and can only be affected by one of these effects at a time a new one replacing any existing one.
The target is informed of this effect on them and Saeki knows who how many people are effected by this.
(All effects from this also fade if Saeki would fall unconscious or die.) (Weight 4)

Force Projection - Give the target 20 Temperary HP in the form of a cardlike sheild that only appears as the attack would hit.

Enhanced Strength - Give the target a bonus to either their Agility or Strength by +10 dependent which is higher. This is displayed with a slight laugh when they make a physical attack.

Enhanced Luck - Give the target a bonus +15 to their Luck. This can be seen from a transparent joker symbol on their cheek only visable with a +50 magic

they were pretty useful, but obviously the heavy drawback was not having anything like water regen or something of the sorts
