Why do you think Lol was vigged? In what world does that make sense?
Not accounting for the missing nightkill, who would shoot Lol n1 over any major wagons or LHF? Good typically don’t kill out of the blue, either.

I’m of the opinion either 2 or 4 evils are PRs. According to the OP, evils can take actions alongside their factional kill, which isn’t necessary for one evil PR. Having exactly three evil PRs would disappoint the solo goon. So two or four’s where I’m at.

In which case, it seems more likely to imagine there could be a redirector in play, or something. That seems like it makes more sense than a vigi, since Lol did seem like a low-profile individual.
A víg already would have come out if they shot lol.
Mafia would already know that they didn’t Shot lol, (if they target didn’t die.)
So a vig should state that there is a missing nightkill somewhere to the town.
