There is no reason to state what Neon stated at the time they stated it.
I take no issue with Neon doing a read like that as I’m all for those kinda reads but I don’t like the fact they did it as more of a “No U” post.

Don’t think he was replying to anything, from my current understanding he got this thread going and was simply pointing that out. He either wouldn’t of if he was evil or he would attempt to derail the thread which he presumably hasn’t, although I can’t tell if this threat is derailed.
