Flipless Purgatory - Heaven Phase 2 (6/9)

sad

Howā€™s it going pandora? Anyways is there any strong opinions on the person we have just evicted from purgatory into hell? We know it was a gut read to have your vote on there but is there something you can point to that made you believe in it?

:( But out of all the people I trust myself the most and how the day is playing out I can believe in a world if Soweli/Mittens is mafia the other one is probably. So itā€™s probably a pair on the board in my mind that they are the same alignment or some pocketing things are happening in front of my eyes. But I currently have no evidence of them acting evil but who knows about this day. Anything can happen.

sort of voterā€™s regret after seeing the eod posts but like we ball whatever

So do you believe they were town based on the EOD and how they didnā€™t self pres? Honestly I thought it was mafia ish since they didnā€™t do themselves any favors based on those 17 minutes we had of them. But I could see it being pressured under time to flip a vote could have made them perpetual suspect.

This feels wolfy to me. Soweli here is putting shade on me for no reason. Why wouldnā€™t a villager want to get into Heaven? Why would a wolf not want to stay so they can push their agenda?

Soweli feels like a wolf trying to prevent sending a villager into Heaven to me.

Says yhis despite supposedly wolfreading me despite Frinkā€™s last second push on me.

Why not vote me then? Pretty sure Soweli is a wolf at this point.

Why not vote for me then?

I mean a wolf wants to get into heaven as well burt the way that youā€™re pushing it is too stubborn and not enough logical that it (at least on level 1) is wolfy. A wolf wants to get themselves or another wolf into heaven too and especially in such a dire situation where a wolf is in hell. Like my apologies if i am wrong but you have given no reason why you should go to heaven besides your own word that you are town, and that as well as being not a good case and as such decently likely to come from a wolf, also stagnates the other discussion as youā€™re pushing yourself to the forefront of conversation when thereā€™s really nothing to talk about.

Also your push on me seems desperate tbqh.

I donā€™t know how to square that interaction but I donā€™t particularly feel the need to, pairings give easier than reads because wolves sometimes do weird things.

? could you explain

can you rephrase the bolded here

hm
@Leafia whatā€™s your worldview? What were your opinions on Frinkā€™s posts and in particular EOD
And what worlds are you building around the reads you currently have

eh
I was going to wait for a rephrasing of the last sentence to ask this but w/e I donā€™t feel like waiting
If you felt like Frink was being wolfy at EOD, why didnā€™t you vote them? You didnā€™t seem too sold on beancat over Frink at the time

if you want something specific to look at - you seem to know Meme better than most of us. Whatā€™s your opinion on his slot

I donā€™t know if I worded my argument about leafia correctly so iā€™m going to try:

Like from her first post itā€™s less of trying to convince people with arguments and more trying to force her slot through. Thereā€™s zero accounting for the process when as town the idea is that if you want to go to heaven (I mean first of all I do tend to think thatā€™s a wolfy want, yes there is uncertainty in sending other players but mafiaā€™s goal is a lot stricter than townā€™s even though both include ā€œsending myself would be a good ideaā€ so focusing on that is more mafia-indicative because town should be good with other options.

And then leafia makes some reads but theyā€™re ā€œslim townleansā€ which makes this post stand out more

because it focuses on the mech too much and in too much detail compared to everything else which kind of shows that this is more of what Leafia is focusing on than figuring out who is town/mafia by merit of their own posts. First off, making mech reads is easier than social reads etc. etc. But secondly itā€™s a wolfy focus by itself too because wolves are focused on the end result of who gets to heaven/hell over anything else.

And then she leaves for a while.

Like there is very little to read Leafia on that I could see as making anybody as confident as I am that mittens is town and so the utility argument comes as a way to justify sending her to heaven over anybody else.

And then her last post is just overly LAMIST with no regard for why I donā€™t think she should go to heaven and instead focusing on "well I am (pretending to be) a villager and she is not sending me to heaven that is bad. It also helps that I am seemingly in contention for the heaven slot and so pushing me does line up with the ā€œget Leafia into heavenā€ agenda (not saying it is necessarily motivated by that)

Did i somehow get SDRA2 result/process pilled even though the game isnā€™t about that who knows

I AM AN INNOCENT ANGEL WHO HAS DONE NO WRONG.

This is true seeing as you havenā€™t done anything /lh

what is SDRA2

Anyway - while I do think Leafia pushing herself for heaven is likely to be unproductive if sheā€™s town, Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s wolfy for her
Like from a perspective of ā€œI donā€™t have strong readsā€ itā€™s reasonable enough to go ā€œhm well it would be optimal to send me to heavenā€
Yeah, thereā€™s more incentive for a wolf to do it, but if thereā€™s also enough incentive for T!Leafia to do it most of the time, then itā€™s ~NAI

Ultimately though what makes me feel decent about Leafia is that she overall hasnā€™t seemed to have the level of aggression that she has in wolfgames (the push on you is making Magnus and myself second-guess that somewhat, but I do think that overall itā€™s still true), and that she only has 19 posts (lol!postcount tell but I mean itā€™s a pretty accurate tell for her)
