1. You can’t just be up there and just doin’ an open hand like that.
   1a. A Pinfu is when you

   1c-a. The player is not allowed to have a meld that uh, that prohibits the hand from doing, you know, just having no extra fu. You can’t do that.
   1c-3. Once the player is in Riichi, he can’t be over here and say to the other players, like, “I’ve got a closed wait! I’ve got an edge wait! I’m gonna ron that! Watch your butt!” and then declare Pinfu like he didn’t even do that.
   1c-b(1). Like, if you’re about to Ron and then don’t Ron, you still have to Tsumo. You cannot not Ron and then Ron. Does that make any sense?
   1c-b(2). You gotta be, all sequences, and then, until you side wait it.
   1c-b(2)-a. Okay, well, you can have a pair up here, like this, but then there’s the triplet you’ve gotta think about.
   1c-b(2)-b. Ivy Pinfu hasn’t gotten any Yakuman lately. I hope she didn’t deal into that racist lady I saw in the Sakura path.
