maybe we put the jars together and then look at the jug to see if we can do anything with that.
but we don’t open the jars immediately of course
osie, if we know what an item does already, do we have to investigate it again to get the option to take it.
like the dragon jars. We know that we want it, so can we just give them to our backpacks.
or do we have to still investigate it so that rye learns what it does.

You begin throwing rocks and unknown machines at the imp, and to begin with, it works great. You only do 3 life points of damage per hit, but you don’t have to worry about a poisoned tail. The imp does try to hit you, but you can usually duck the tail. Every time the imp hits, subtract the normal damage it does, then roll the die. On a roll of 11-12, an additional effect occurs. On lower rolls, just continue the battle.
Rye: ≤8 for 3
Imp: ≤6 for 3
Rye: 9 → No DMG
Imp: 11 → No DMG
Rye: 3 → 3 DMG
Imp: 2 → 3 DMG
Roll → 12

The poisoned tail strikes at your throat and hits. You had no idea the imp could jump so high! You feel the green goo coursing through your veins, numbing your heart and arms. The poison does an extra 5 points of damage, subtracted from your lifepoints, not your armor. Continue the battle, if you live.
Rye: 11 → No DMG
Imp: 12 → No DMG
Rye loses 1 life from Poison.
Rye: 2 → 3 DMG
The Imp has been defeated. You quickly heal yourself of the poison.

Above both the top shelf and the fourth shelf down float two small covered bowls. They look as if they belong together, so you bring the top one down and place it in the air beside the other.
If you want to just let them float there, return to exploring the Bottle Room. Or you can open them.

I guess not, we just don’t fuck with floating bowls I guess
Maybe the pings should be removed. I feel bad about people getting pinged so often.
y’know, until we get ghost repellent.
so we can kill the ghosts.
it would be interesting to know if we could take the floating bowls and throw them at a dragon to have the ghosts fight it instead of us.

The intriguing bottle shaped like a horse’s head gives off a totally unintriguing odor when you open it. Then you see a label on the bottom and discover that it contains fermented mare’s milk. You’re not sure whether that means the milk of a fermented mare or the fermented milk of a mare, but you wonder just why anyone would store some in a bottle. Maybe it has some special powers. Hmmm.
You may drink the fermented mare’s milk or return to exploring the Bottle Room

For the remainder of this room and the whole of the next chamber you visit, you lose half of your power in combat (divide the damage you do in half). You should have heeded the warning of the terrible odor. Return to exploring the Bottle Room.
