The main point comes from the very simple question.
What are NKs for?
To balance the game.
Unfortunetly, this game is not balanced. Without me it will be 13 vs 5 (as in after nightkill). Getting 5 scum (and ones who know each other) with only 3 misslynches is nigh improbable on this site.
Herby I need to townside and help while the numbers are going down.
On the other hand - me being alive gives you a way to openly learn about setup, interactions and most important - which roles are unique. Narrowing down place for mafia.
This is a weird cooperation, happened on ToS forum in past. One of them was even won by arsonist in the end. Not by igniting but by town keeping them to help, failing to kill mafia and in 1 v 1 v 1 townie kingmaker just sided with arso in the end.
It is weird for you, sure. But the question remains - can you win 13 vs 5 without information and help?
