Given what was discussed in sign-up threads and how the OP was worded I already expected some sort of outrageously swingy game
I am considering that Marl is actually correct about voting eevee out first because he is claiming we supposedly have two SKs
In which case they can fuck town over in like two days
We should probably hang Marl anyway just cuz if theyāre Janitor itās super annoying, if theyāre consig and results are given to chat itās super annoying, and if theyāre strongman/framer/consort it could potentially muck things up.
Thatās a fair amount of uncertainity that can be avoided just by hanging Marl.

yeah i considered that but the fact marl is making this gambit makes me think marl has a decent role which they want to use once for mafia benefit

I think if we hang Marl today we can still stand a chance if we hang eevee tomorrow and donāt waste a vig just in case heās actually BP

But there is more to it.
By claiming I basically put a target on myself, which funcitoned in two ways.
Other scum can now anticlaim kill me. Sure.
Thatās both a way to demonstrate I am indeed going straightforward against them, and gives me āmotivationā to do so.
But also is a reason for town to keep me alive, cause now scum can waste action to anticlaim me. Or waste consort to block me. etc.
It is putting mafia team more in a deep troubles than it seems.

this is cuz i imagine this game is going to be a pretty poor example of our usual quality of play and donāt judge us

With Marl outed I kind of want to kill Hippo when weāre done with Eevee/Marl. Hippoās posts this game have been meh and him immediately linking Leafia to Marl felt TMI-ish, tbh.
