I doubt you’ll get a definitive answer but I can logic through which ones are unique for balance reasons, and we have proof of both of those

As I’ve been saying for two days, there shouldn’t be more than one mayor or vig

Add retributionist to the list and that should be all the unique roles that roll only 0-1 times. Everything else could theoretically roll multiples.
