Why couldn’t it be a weak push into an unlikely teammate for distancing while covering up for your mistake.
I think Frost clearly messed up and panicked when people called it out and wanted to make it seem like an elaborate plan to catch a scum. By doing this too you can make it look like your town if one or the other goes over.
