Yeah because town can only execute once a day if they are executed in the night town can still execute the next day

Can Outsider count be arbitrary is Xaan is in play? Also, do Village Idiot and/or Huntsman affect the player composition?
Xaan overrides a Kazali Outsider count.
Huntsman and Village Idiot do not change the player composition to my understanding.
They do not because Xann and Kalazi do the same thing

If the STs decide that X is 2 then there are 2 outsiders in game and on Night 2 all townsfolk are drunk
A 3aan sets the Outsider count to 3, no matter who the Kazali chooses for Minions.
