I think unless evil are like very new then they are probably aware of implications going on.

And if evil are very new then I’m someone who struggles to not give truthful mechanical worlds lmao. Like I want people to be able to play on a relatively even level.

They sure can do. And as a result can proc a virgin, can be a red herring, can be fang gu jumped (by registering as outsider). Misregistration causes a lot of quirky possibilities.
