These are childe’s first two posts. They are written 12 minutes apart. To me, it didn’t feel natural for a villager to be late to the game, has 0 idea what’s going on, and write that “???” at Hippo, signalling that it believes Hippo is being ridiculous. It made me feel suspicious that childe knows Hippo is mafia. Hippo also has an elaborate reply to childe here:

I am confirmation biasing again, but I can see wolf childe being entertained at Camilleon cop reading the wolf and laughing about it. “what are you seeing that we’re not” is funny, if you know the person is wrong and you say that it’s like you’re messing with them

After all, Jail could easily be a wolf too. I think there’s a 85-90% chance of a wolf being between Jail/Childe. I highly doubt they’re both wolves though as I highly doubt both of Hippo’s partners would’ve tried saving him like that. Too risky.

I overestimated how much people would consider my childe scumread. If I was the N1 kill Jail would be at 4-5 votes rn maybe and Childe would just be considered due to low posting at best, my reason would have been lost. Even being alive and being able to talk I still feel like I have to fight to get it across. So that makes me feel less paranoid that wolves kept me alive because wolves are in my towncore. It just wasn’t taken into consideration by anyone I think that I will be tunneling childe today and that I have an (in my opinion) valid reason
