Like it legit has to be:

Mafia can’t night 1 kill or there is some sort of restriction to their night 1 kill.
OR
Marluxion was attacked night 1 by both me and the mafia.

As I said me being executed can resolve my slot so you know I am not mafia and didn’t “night kill” Marluxion.
