Because I thought that case was compelling, I had already waffled on the magnus read prior to that and that particular type of read of approaching a strong player with caution/lack of paranoia is IMO a very valid one and crystallized the read for me in a way that I felt comfortable voting him
Additionally I have seen 0 of the posts pushing back on that one you made, so I have no idea why that should matter at all

Fwiw I do agree that Marl is probably a villager and I think the reason Jackrito gave is good enough but I’m not giving Jackrito points for making the read because I think it’s a fairly easy conclusion to reach and I’m holding him to a decent standard considering his declared experience level
