I was not shading magnus for voting leafia, I had a disagreement with their statement about marluna and thought they were leaving a vote on what was essentially a dead wagon. After that, they informed me Leafia had retracted the claim, so any dispute I had was invalid.
I went back, reread, compared th early claim to the game magnus linked, decided to move my vote back.
Why wouldn’t I change my mind when presented with new informtion? I know you read at like a 5th grade level but it’s not actually hard to see I am reating to something that was said to me and old assumptions are no longer valid.
In my mind, hippo suspecting Leafia for the mason claim was towny, because typically most of the time, town are more prone to things like paranoia, suspicion, and doubt. Mafia are rarely going to bother pushing tinfoil on a mason claim because they will never get an execution there. However, mulling on the stuff magnus said, it does feel maybe a bit like he knew leafia’s claim was a lie

no because I did not have the background of her making panic claims early and I rarely see scum fake mason, I had mentally filed her away at that point so I missed the post where the retraction came initially

Magnus, I did it to see how people would react and it was never to get people to back off of me. In fact, it was the complete opposite. It was intended to see how you and Catbae treated my slot if I claimed mason and see if you’d TMI me town or not and see if the wolves would push me. I literally did this thinking I’d likely be the execution for today due to it and wanting people to analyze how people treated my slot after it to help determine their alignment.
