i guess it’s just solving for f(x) = 39. but then how do you get that?
f(f(1)) = 3
1 < f(1) < f(f(1))
1 < f(1) < 3
f(1) = 2
f(f(1)) = 3 → f(2) = 3
f(f(2)) = 6 → f(3) = 6
you continue in this fashion; you get
f(6) = 9
then, f(3) < f(4) < f(5) < f(6) → 6 < f(4) < f(5) < 9
f(4) = 7
f(5) = 8
then continue similarly and you’re done

If so, then f(13) would be sqrt(3) • 13.

As someone who has designed 20 setups “just” to get Wazza to drink 20 shots,
