I am a forgetful person. Remembering generic FM role names is already tough enough. I don’t have memory space for FoL and BotF roles.

Does that mean instead of for example Noble, we call it a one shot caroler? Caroler sends a list of names, one of them being not town.

Aren’t FoL setups basically just based on ToL? With the King and nobility mechanics and semi-open setups, etc.? In my eyes, those games are just a mech-heavy setups with the same template, but I wouldn’t be able to stay with only one setup, so FoL isn’t that appealing to me.
People may like knowing the possible roles in a setup, but that would mean the game is “solvable” and I don’t like that.

Yeah, that’s basically a forced 1S Caroler.
Actually, no. It’s stronger than Caroler since Caroler’s ability gives “at least one evil” whereas Noble gives exactly one evil, clearing the other two names.
I know this, because there was a time when a player in one of my setups managed to get 1 neutral and 1 evil with this type of ability.
