I wouldn’t have faction capped this or the penalty of losing one evil only need to occur once until they got convert.
I half expected Geyde recruited me and the bleed cured after conversion
Maybe something like, if A BD dies d1, BD can still convert n1 but lose factional kill + CtA is cancelled?

If they died D1 and lose another visionary by D2, the heroine turned visionary would have converted somebody by now.
I still suspect Kiiruma or Hazard, but since Hazard dies, Kiiruma is still doomed
